This Payment Policy explains how payments work on globalsupersale.com — which payment methods we accept, how your payment is processed, when your card is charged, how the charge will appear on your statement, and what happens if a payment is declined or a refund is needed. 1. Payment Methods We Accept

PayPal

You can pay using your PayPal account balance, a bank account linked to PayPal, or a card saved in your PayPal wallet. PayPal is processed separately through PayPal’s own system.

If a payment method is not listed above, it is not currently accepted. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, gift cards, or cryptocurrency.

2. Payment Processing

When you enter your card details at checkout, those details are submitted directly to our payment processor’s secure system. Your card information is not stored on our website’s servers. We retain only the last four digits of your card number and the card type for order reference purposes.

All card transactions are processed through encrypted, industry-standard payment systems. Our website uses HTTPS across all pages including checkout. You can confirm this by the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar.

3. When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order and the payment is authorized. You will receive an order confirmation email once the charge is successfully processed.

If your payment is not authorized, your order will not be placed and no charge will be made. You will be notified at checkout.

4. What You Are Charged — Full Breakdown

The amount charged to your payment method is exactly the total shown on your checkout confirmation screen. That total is made up of three components:

5. Currency

All prices on our website are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If your card or PayPal account is in a different currency, your bank or PayPal will apply their exchange rate and may charge a foreign transaction fee. We have no control over those rates or fees and cannot estimate them for you. Please check with your bank before placing an order if this applies to you.

6. How the Charge Appears on Your Statement

When the charge appears on your bank or card statement, it will typically show as GLOBALSUPERSALE or a variation of that name. The exact display depends on your bank’s formatting.

If you see a charge you do not recognize and believe it may be related to an order you placed with us, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We can usually identify the charge within one business day.

7. Declined Payments

If your payment is declined at checkout, your order will not be placed and you will not be charged. Common reasons a payment may be declined include:

  • Insufficient funds or available credit
  • Incorrect card number, expiry date, or CVV entered
  • The billing address entered does not match your bank’s records
  • Your bank flagged the transaction and requires you to authorize it
  • Your card has restrictions on online or international transactions

If your payment is declined, please double-check the details you entered and try again, or contact your bank directly. We do not have access to the specific reason your bank declined a transaction. You are also welcome to try a different payment method at checkout.

8. Refunds

When a refund is approved, it is issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot send refunds to a different card, bank account, or PayPal account than the one used to place the order.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge from us, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We respond to billing questions within 1 to 2 business days and can usually resolve issues faster than the chargeback process.

If a chargeback is filed for a transaction that we believe was valid and fulfilled, we will provide the relevant evidence — including the order, tracking, and delivery confirmation — to the payment processor. We treat all billing concerns seriously and prefer to resolve them directly with customers first.

10. Order Cancellations and Payments

If you cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it and before it has entered handling, no charge will be applied or the charge will be reversed. If the payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days.
