This policy covers all gym and fitness equipment sold on globalsupersale.com, including power racks, smith machines, weight benches, cable machines, dumbbells, barbells, weight plates, kettlebells, resistance bands, and fitness accessories.
We stand behind every product we sell. If something is wrong, we will make it right — quickly and fairly.

Return Window
The 30-day window starts on the day your tracking shows "Delivered" — not your order date, and not your shipping date.
How to Start a Return
Email us within 30 days of delivery at info@globalsupersale.com. Include: your full name, order number, the item(s) you want to return, and your reason. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping address — or an explanation if your item does not qualify.
Write the RAN clearly on the outside of your package. Use the original box and packaging if possible. Do not ship without a RAN — packages without a valid authorization number may be refused.
Ship using a trackable carrier and save your tracking number. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund according to the timeline in Section 6.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, your return must meet all of the following:
- Return requested within 30 days of confirmed delivery
- Item is unused and in original, unmodified condition
- Item is in its original packaging with all parts, hardware, accessories, and manuals included
- Item has not been assembled or partially assembled
- Order number or proof of purchase is provided
- Item shows no signs of use, wear, sweat, modification, or customer-caused damage
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Assembled or partially assembled equipment (power racks, weight benches, cable machines, squat stands, etc.)
- Items with missing parts, hardware, accessories, manuals, or original packaging
- Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Customized or personalized products
- Items returned without a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Return requests submitted after the 30-day window
- Skin-contact accessories that have been used (e.g., worn gym gloves, used foam rollers) for hygiene reasons
Non-eligible items received at our facility will be returned to you at your expense. Items unclaimed within 14 business days will be responsibly disposed of.

For customer-arranged returns, use a trackable carrier with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Restocking Fee
If a returned item arrives with signs of use, missing accessories, or damaged packaging caused by the customer, we may charge up to 20% restocking fee. We will notify you in writing before applying any deduction.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only — Authorize.Net, Stripe, or PayPal. We cannot redirect refunds to a different card or account.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Once verified, we will resolve it with a free replacement or a full refund including original shipping cost. A prepaid return label will be provided if we need the item back. You will not pay any return shipping in these cases.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not entered handling.
Once an order is in handling or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please wait for delivery and follow the return process in this policy.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or variant:
Return the original item following the steps in Section 2.
Place a new separate order for the item you want.
This guarantees faster processing and ensures your replacement item is available.
Geographic Scope
This policy applies only to orders delivered within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to or accept returns from:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
- Military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)
- P.O. Boxes
- International addresses
