Return & Refund Policy — Gym Equipment

This policy applies to gym and fitness equipment sold on globalsupersale.com, including power racks, smith machines, weight benches, cable machines, dumbbells, barbells, weight plates, kettlebells, resistance bands, and fitness accessories. For boxing gloves, boxing kits, and combat sports accessories, please refer to our separate Boxing Gear Return Policy.

We stand behind what we sell. If something arrives wrong or is not what you expected, we want to make it right. This policy explains exactly how the return process works — what qualifies, what does not, who pays for return shipping in each situation, and the specific timeline from when we receive your return to when the refund appears in your account.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests for gym equipment within 35 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. The delivery date is determined by carrier tracking records.

After 35 calendar days from confirmed delivery, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds under any circumstances

2. Eligibility Conditions

For a return to be accepted, every one of the following must be true:

Your return request was submitted within 35 days of confirmed delivery

The item is unused and in its original, unmodified condition

The item is in its original packaging, with all hardware, parts, accessories, instruction manuals, and included contents present and undamaged

The item has not been assembled or partially assembled — even partial assembly disqualifies the item

You can provide your order number or proof of purchase

The item shows no signs of use, assembly, wear, sweat, modification, or damage caused by the customer

Items that do not meet every condition above will be refused at our facility. They will be returned to you at your shipping expense. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please email us before shipping anything back.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or refund regardless of the circumstances:

Equipment that has been assembled or partially assembled — including weight benches, power racks, squat stands, cable machines, and any item put together from its packaged state, even by one step

Items with missing hardware, parts, bolts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging materials

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

Customized or personalized products

Items returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our team

Items submitted for return after the 35-day window has expired

Gym accessories that involve direct skin contact and have been used — such as worn gym gloves and foam rollers used on skin — for hygiene and health safety reasons

Non-eligible items received at our facility will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. If unclaimed within 14 business days, the item will be responsibly disposed of.

4. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee when a returned item is received in its original, unused, and complete condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

If a returned item arrives with undisclosed signs of use, missing accessories, or packaging damaged through improper handling by the customer, we may apply a restocking fee of up to 20 percent of the item's purchase price. We will notify you in writing before any deduction is applied, and you will have the opportunity to respond before the refund is processed.

5. How to Return — Step by Step

Email info@globalsupersale.com within 35 days of confirmed delivery. Include your full name, order number, the specific item or items you want to return, your reason for the return, and clear photos if you are reporting damage or a defect.

Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with either your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address, or a clear explanation if the item does not qualify.

Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the return package. Use the original packaging where possible. Do not ship anything to our address without a valid RAN — packages received without one may be refused and returned to the sender.

Ship using a trackable method and keep your tracking number. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit to our facility.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed according to the timeline in Section 7 below.

For all customer-arranged returns, we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation. We are not liable for return packages that are lost or damaged on the way to our facility.

Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout — Authorize.Net, Stripe, or PayPal. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account, or platform.

Original shipping charges from your order are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error: meaning a defective item, the wrong item shipped, or an item that is materially different from its product listing on our site.

If a return is rejected after inspection, you will receive a written explanation. You may request the item be returned to you at your cost within 14 business days of that notification.

8. Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Email info@globalsupersale.com or call +1 (929) 884-8607 Include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and photos or a short video showing the issue.

Once we verify the issue, we will resolve it through a free replacement shipment or a full refund — including the original shipping cost. A prepaid return label will be provided if we need the item sent back. You will not be asked to cover any return shipping in these cases.

9. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet entered our handling stage. To cancel, email info@globalsupersale.com with ORDER CANCELLATION as the subject line and your order number in the message. Once an order is in handling or has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please wait for delivery and follow the return process outlined in this policy.

10. Exchanges

We do not process direct item exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or variant, please return the original item using the steps above and place a new, separate order for the item you need. This approach guarantees faster resolution and ensures the replacement item you want is reserved for you.

11. Geographic Scope

This policy applies only to orders delivered to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to or process returns from Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, P.O. Boxes, or international locations.
