All our orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or during public holidays.

2. Daily Order Cut-off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Shipping Methods, Transit Time & Costs

We offer secure domestic shipping across the United States. For heavy gym equipment, shipments are safely handled via specialized freight carriers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package or LTL freight shipment is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Tracking links typically become active within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.

5. Taxes, Customs & Duties

Global Super Sale LLC operates transparently within the United States. All applicable sales taxes are clearly presented and calculated during your checkout process based on your state. There are no hidden charges or unexpected delivery fees.

6. Shipping Damages

If an LTL freight or package delivery arrives visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing (if applicable) and contact our dedicated support team immediately within 48 hours. Please preserve all original packaging materials and product conditions to help us fast-track your claim.
