How We Handle Pricing, Payments, and Shipping

No hidden charges. 

The price displayed on any product page is the price of that item. Shipping costs and applicable sales tax are calculated from your delivery address and shipping method selection, and both are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. No additional fees are added after the checkout summary screen. What you see is what you pay. 

Secure payment options. 

We process transactions through three trusted payment platforms: Authorize.Net, Stripe, and PayPal. Each is an industry-standard, widely used payment solution. Your card details are handled by whichever platform you select at checkout — not stored in raw form on our own servers. All three operate under PCI-DSS security standards. 

Clear shipping timelines. 

We ship to the contiguous United States only — that means the lower 48 states. We do not currently serve Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, or P.O. Boxes. Standard delivery takes between 3 and 7 business days from the order date, broken down as 1 to 2 days of warehouse handling time plus 3 to 5 days of carrier transit. Two separate return policies. 

Gym equipment and boxing gear have different return requirements, so we maintain a dedicated policy for each. The Gym Equipment Return Policy covers a 35-day return window. The Boxing Gear Return Policy covers a 30-day return window. Both policies are available on our website and explain eligibility conditions, who pays return shipping in every scenario, and the exact refund timeline.
